Privacy Policy

Final Practice Digital is a one-person business run by Chris Sirois in Delaware, Ohio. This policy explains what information I collect through finalpracticedigital.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about any of it, email me at chris@finalpracticedigital.com.
What I collect
Information you give me. When you fill out the contact form, I collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name and website, if you share it
- The package or service you are interested in
- Anything you write in the message box
If you email me directly, I keep that email and anything you include in it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the servers that host this site record basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you load. This is used to keep the site running and protect it from abuse. This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Email activity. When I send you email through Klaviyo, Klaviyo records whether the email was delivered, opened, or clicked. I use this to see what is useful and to keep my list healthy.
How I use your information
- To reply to your message and answer your questions
- To send you a quote, an agreement, and invoices if you decide to work with me
- To send you a welcome email after you contact me
- To send occasional emails about my services, tips, or offers
- To keep the website secure and working
I do not sell your information. I do not rent or trade it to anyone.
Email and unsubscribing
When you send the contact form, you agree to get emails from Final Practice Digital. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you will stop getting marketing emails. You can also reply to any email or write to me and ask to be removed. I will still reply to messages you send me directly.
Who else handles your information
I use a few trusted services to run this business. They only get what they need to do their job:
- Cloudflare hosts this website, stores contact form submissions, and forwards email sent to my address.
- Klaviyo stores my email list and sends my emails.
- Google receives my forwarded email in Gmail and provides the fonts used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights or the safety of others.
Client accounts
If you hire me, I may need access to your Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Business Profile, website, or social media accounts. I use that access only to do the work we agreed on. Your accounts stay in your name and you can remove my access at any time. I do not use your customer data for anything other than your business.
How long I keep it
I keep contact form submissions and emails for as long as they are useful for working with you or answering future questions. If you ask me to delete your information, I will delete it unless I need to keep certain records, such as invoices, for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask me to:
- Tell you what information I have about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you marketing emails

Security
I use reputable services and keep access to your information limited to me. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so I cannot promise that information will never be exposed, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I will update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
